Why we built this for agents

A buyer asks "can I Airbnb this one?" and the honest answer takes real work: which of four governments controls the parcel, whether an existing licence means anything, and two separation distances measured property line to property line. Guessing is how an agent ends up in a disclosure argument eighteen months later.

You get your own link. Send it to a client, they get the answer for their address in seconds, and the page tells them plainly that you are their agent and that everything routes through you.

What you get

• Your own link, like lasvegasrentalrules.com/a/your-name. Nothing for the client to type, no code to remember.
• Your name, photo and number on the page when they use it, so the tool looks like part of your service rather than a stranger's website.
• An email when a client checks an address, with the property and the result, so you are never the last to know what they are looking at.
• The Agent-Safe Pledge in writing. We manage vacation rentals. We do not sell real estate, we do not compete for your buyer, and every enquiry from a client of yours goes back through you.

What we ask for in return

Nothing. No fee either direction, no exclusivity, no contract. If a client of yours decides they want their rental managed, we would like the chance to earn it. That is the whole business model, and you should read everything here knowing it.

What your client sees, and what you see

When someone opens your link the page says you shared it and asks whether you are their agent. It also tells them, before they answer, that saying yes means we email you the addresses they check.

If they say yes, you get those emails and any enquiry they send us comes to you flagged as yours. If they say no, or ignore it, you are told the link was used and nothing else about them. We are not going to hand you a stranger's details because they clicked a link a friend forwarded, and you would not want us to do that with your clients either.
